Is Statistical Static Timing Analysis ready for your next design?

This seminar will explore many aspects of what it takes to get ready to use Statistical Static Timing Analysis (SSTA) in a production environment. While there is a lot of activity around SSTA in both the research and commercial arena, many are still struggling on understanding what it takes to deploy this technology in a production design environment. The presenter will share industry insights ranging from gathering the necessary data to be used by SSTA, evaluating a tool’s approach as well as quality of results, and finally looking at various benefits to determine the mainstream usage model.
